Polygard® Hardglaze Clear Wood Lacquer provides a clear top coat with a superior long lasting finish to either interior or exterior wooden furniture, doors, window frames, and other wood surfaces.
Directions of Use
- Remove dirt, grease, stains, rough grain from wooden surface
- Add approximately 30% Polygard Nitrocellulose Thinners to give a spray viscosity.
- Apply two or more top coats of lacquer, allowing 2-3 minutes between each coat.
- When stained wood colours are used, apply two coats of stained lacquer or build up required depth of shade.
Handling
- Remove spills from paintwork immediately
- Minor spills should be soaked up with oil absorbent granules, sand or dirt. The spillage site should then be washed soapy water and dried.
Storage Instructions
- Store sealed in cool, dry ventilated places and keep containers closed
- Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame
- Store in accordance with the highly flammable liquids & liquefied petroleum gases regulations.
Shelf Life
- 2 year from date of manufacture
- Manufacture date can be identified from the eight digit code printed on the bottle. The first three figures indicate the batch number, the middle two indicate the year and the last three indicate the consecutive day of the year
